About Our Bakery
Baking Fairy HK officially opened and started operating out of the Bite Unite Hong Kong kitchen in August, 2021. After a friend who used to bake challah relocated, head baker Priscilla was inspired to make sure that the Hong Kong community could still access a variety of flavors with a home-baked feel. Following high demand from her customers, she also decided to bring other classics like Babka and Rugelach to the Hong Kong market. Given the tight travel restrictions as a result of COVID-19, Baking Fairy HK brings you authentic flavors found in the US, Canada, Israel, and Europe.

As a boutique, artisan bakery, we pride ourselves on quality. We bake to order and in small batches using only the best ingredients available. Our recipes have often been handed down over several generations and sharing our food with you makes you part of our extended family.
